    1. Wear underwear when taking measurements

    2. Use a flexible sewing tape measure

    3. Do not take your measurements alone, a second person is necessary

    A- Bust: Position the tape at the tip of the breasts
    B- Waist: Position the tape at the thinnest part of the waist
    C- Hip: Position the tape at hip level, at the largest point

    D- Hollow to floor: Position the tape on the hollow of the neck and let the tape fall to the ground

    How does the return work?

    1-Message us within 5 days of receiving the dress.

    2-You will receive a label to print.

    3-Fold and pack the dress in a bag.

    4-Stick the label on the package.

    5-Take the package to the nearest post office.

    No, we are an online store only.

    I didn't receive a tracking number?

    The tracking number can take up to 25 days to be sent. This is the time required for making your dress.
